Bev: good MORNING EVERYBODY, and welcome to the Penelope shakamoo show, where we sell items. Today our special offer is on Dove, Hair therapy, shampoo and conditioner. This offer is only available for today. If you have any interest in speaking on air about this call 257-5986.... We now have a Caller on the line. Her name is Naveh and she would like to express how she is fond of this product. Danny: Actually I am not fond of these products. Did you know that all of dove’s products are tested on animals? During the testing process animals do not get adequate pain killers. The animals also tend to get allergic reactions, rashes, and burns to the products. Also these animals do not get a say in this. They don’t get to say that they don’t want to get this testing done on them. Why is this so different from humans? God created us all equally, not so humans get more rights than animals, just because we can’t understand them. Earleen: yes... but if they didn’t test on these animals then who knows what would happen to the humans if they use these products. When the animals are being used for testing they are treated with respect and kindness. Not only does animal testing test to make sure products are safe, they have created many vaccinations for life threating diseases such as, Polio, Rabies, and Mumps! Well anyway, thank you for your opinion. And have a good day. The shampoo and conditioner all come in a care package with a body wash, and foot scrub. This package would normally be sold for $75, but today, if you call in at this very moment you will get it for the special value of $30.
We have another caller from London who does not believe in the use of animal testing. Brittany: That is correct; I agree with Naveh, Animals should have similar to equal rights along with humans. Did you know that over 50 percent of animals tested in cosmetics die from 2 or 3 weeks after tested? Obviously this means they are not taken care of well. How do you actually know that the animals are treated with respect during the testing? Beverly: Well when I was younger I was born and raised on a farm, and my parents would frequently test medical vaccinations on our chickens and they all survived. Except for DeDe (weep) she was a good chicken... Anyway, during animal testing we also have developed things to help animals such as heart worm medicane for dogs. Also there was a women in the U.S.A that used a eye product that wasnt tested on animals and she went blind!!!! Brittany:(sarcastically) I am so sorry for your loss, still testing on animals is not the right thing to do, what if it were the other way around, how many people would volunteer for being tested when they don’t know the outcome. Beverly: well I had never really thought of it that way, thanks for the info and input, time to get back to buissness. Now that we’ve heard both views on this topic; it’s up to you to decide what you stand for. The camera crews, shampoo and conditioner supporters, and education for the hostest were all sponsored by.....
